Contracting entity and order acceptance

Buyer representations and acceptable use
By ordering you represent that you are a qualified purchaser buying for legitimate research, that you will not use or resell the materials for human or veterinary use, and that your account information is accurate.
Restricted jurisdictions and transfer of risk
Orders to restricted jurisdictions will not be accepted. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for lawfulness in their jurisdiction and institution.
Fraud review, resale restrictions, and no medical advice
Orders may be held for fraud or compliance review. Resale for human or veterinary use is prohibited. PEPTIVE provides no medical, dosing, administration, or personal-use advice.
No warranty of fitness for human use; limitation of liability

Governing law, disputes, electronic acceptance, records
